About the Moses Subdivision

The Moses Subdivision Stage I comprises 8 Lots (2 of which have been
sold).
Once Stage II has been completed there will be over 23 Lots in the Moses subdivision.
The Moses subdivision is situated on the edge of Kaukapakapa village enjoying undulating contour with some elevated sites enjoying expansive rural views.
The Moses and Pinchgut subdivisions are in commuting distance to Albany, North Shore City (approximately 30 minutes drive). The local primary school is approximately 1km south of both subdivisions. Kaukapakapa village contains a superette, vet, liquor store and service station.
The average Lot size is just over 1 hectare. Extensive native bush areas and riparian margins have been stock proof fenced (and are protected by Rodney District Council covenants). The existing bush has been enhanced by significant native plantings with plants sourced from the predominant local species.
Each vacant house Lot has had constructed on it an engineered building platform with vehicle access. There are power and Telecom connections to every Lot.
All Lots (except Lot 10 situated off Alpine Road) are accessed off a sealed road with concrete road crossings.
Title to the Lots has issued for Stage I. Stage II is expected to have titles by Feb 2010.
The titles will have noted against them building enhancement covenants to ensure that the standard of building is kept at a high standard.
