Jeremy Dillon
Managing Director
Jeremy is the owner of land in the Rodney district for 30 years. He was in public practice as a Solicitor in Orewa from 1981 to 1997.
Jeremy has acquired, managed and developed numerous rural residential subdivisions in the Rodney District and North Shore City. He is a long term forest owner.
Jeremy manages all acquisitions, design, landscaping consent and construction issues throughout the projects.

Geoff Young
Director and Operations Manager
Geoff is a forestry consultant and a past NZ Forest Service Cadet. His background is in earthworks and engineering expertise with CHH and Forest Roading Services Ltd.
Geoff manages the sites and supervises the contracts, plantings, earthworks, fencing and consent compliance issues.
