SH16 are developers of environmentally sensitive rural residential lots in Rodney District.
Each SH16 subdivision features large areas of protected native bush
and riparian areas supplemented by extensive native plantings with the
plants sourced locally.
Individual Lots are a mix of grass or bush or a mix of both.
The house sites have been formed to maximise the rural outlook and the sun.
The vacant Lots feature engineered formed house sites, driveways, road crossings, power and Telecom connections and fencing.
The subdivisions are situated in the attractive rural villages of Kaukapakapa (30 minutes drive north west of Albany) and Tahekeroa (a further 10 minutes drive north east).
The majority of the Kaukapakapa Lots have access off sealed roads. The Tahekeroa Lots are accessed off rural metal roads.
The Moses and Pinchgut subdivisions are in commuting distance to Albany, North Shore City (approximately 30 minutes drive). The local primary school is approximately 1km south of both subdivisions. Kaukapakapa village contains a superette, vet, liquor store and service station.
